Very influential and active with Cetera Advisors. He is a strong believer in business coaching and can offer advice on a wide range of topics pertaining to the financial services industry. Pete is a producing OSJ, splitting time between firm leadership, actively advising clients and attracting new opportunities.
Oversees all team members and operations functions at Horizon Financial Group. Joined the team in 2001, and has designed most of the businesses processes and workflows of the firm. A tremendous resource to help your firm develop processes and procedures as well as overall business strategy. Brooke also works closely with the firm’s top clients and is a regular contributor to Cetera conferences and committees.
Joined the firm in 2006 and serves as OSJ delegate and Chief Compliance Officer, handling the day to day OSJ supervision on behalf of Horizon Financial Group, interacting with advisors and their staff as well as conferring and consulting with both Pete Bush, Chris Sullivan and Cetera Advisors regularly and as needed on the business of advisors we supervise and support. Colby is a member of several focus groups at Cetera Advisors.
Chad Soileau has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry serving in various roles as Financial Advisor,Regional Sales Manager and Registered Principal. He currently maintains his series 4, 6, 7, 24, 26, 53, 66 and Louisiana Life, Health and Disability licenses. Throughout his career he has worked at several institutions;including, J.P. Morgan Chase, Iberia Bank/ Financial, Hancock Whitey Bank/Investments, Metlife and Prudential.
As the Practice Management Consultant, Chad’s role will primarily focus on practice development, advisor development and agency growth.Chad will work to connect advisors and their teams to strategies and solutions that will help them reach both their long- and short-term goals.
Within this role,Chad will also play a pivotal role in the development of practice acquisitions,continuity plans and succession planning throughout the Advisor Network.
Chad is a native of Opelousas, LA. , but has called Lafayette home for the past 20 years. He and his wife Tiffany have been married for 22 years and have two children, Collin (16) and McKenzi (21).
As a sports enthusiast, he enjoys attending and watching collegiate and pro sporting events as well as cooking, traveling and entertaining close friends and cherished family. Chad also actively supports several organizations such as St. Jude, The United Way and Holy Cross Catholic Church.
